Amanda has worked in the Financial Literacy field for over 20 years now.  From training, to program management, to debt management and advocacy.  In 2024 she decided it was time to up the ante and make lifechanging financial literacy education available to all, via Yenom.  By using technology and partnerships to scale her products, a far wider audience is able to benefit from independent support and education in their every day lives.

Dr Cale Bain has been at UTS as a lecturer, subject coordinator and now learning designer and facilitator since 2009. Now with the Centre for Social Justice and Inclusion, Cale works with student in curriculum and in extra-curricular programs that are invested in social justice.

Jemma Tribe is a social entrepreneur who established the Nowra Community Food Store as a Social Enterprise in 2021 utilising her experience in business, governance, the not for profit sector and community advocacy. She has written two eBooks, one on south coast social enterprises and a blueprint for anyone thinking of starting or scaling up a food relief service in their community 

Kylie Flament is the CEO of the Social Enterprise Council of NSW & ACT (known as SECNA), the peak body for businesses that put people and planet first in NSW and ACT. She previously ran Green Connect, a work integrated social enterprise with 200 staff and volunteers, employing young people and refugees to do environmental work. Kylie is an award-winning social entrepreneur, an expert in circular economy and sustainability, and an active non-executive director.

With over 18 years of experience as a Senior Leader and Disability Employment Specialist, Mariella Cuttonaro is dedicated to empowering individuals with injury, illness, or disability to reach their career aspirations through meaningful employment. She excels at building partnerships with local businesses, training providers, and community organisations to design impactful employment initiatives that make a difference.

Mariella is recognised for her expertise in developing disability awareness and promoting best practices for inclusive hiring. Her strategic approach ensures she understands each client's unique needs, helping them navigate a smooth transition into the workforce. With a focus on professional development, Mariella provides personalised support equipping her clients with the confidence and skills necessary to secure sustainable employment.

Nathalie Kasselis is the training manager at Hotel Etico, where she designs and leads the hospitality training program. She also works with employers, providing training around disability etiquette, and practical strategies to improve their training methods for employees with disability.

Nathalie is passionate about supporting trainees by tailoring her approach to meet their individual needs, ensuring everyone has the best chance to succeed in their employment goals.

With a strong commitment to making a meaningful impact, Nathalie empowers both trainees and employers to overcome barriers and create a more inclusive, accessible hospitality industry.

Nina Gbor is a circular economy and sustainability educator, international public speaker, researcher, clothes swap maven and eco stylist. Her interests and focal areas are sustainable fashion, degrowth, postgrowth, international development and the circular economy.  

Nina is the founder of Eco Styles, Swap in the City Australia and Clothes Swap & Style. Nina works with media, councils, organisations, schools, community groups and individuals to develop strategies for holistic systems change towards a more circular and sustainable future. 

Nina is the Director of the Circular Economy & Waste Program at The Australia Institute. She was featured in Australia's most prominent environmental TV series which is the ABC TV's award-winning, War On Waste. Nina was also an impact consultant on the War On Waste tv show. 

Cercle is designed to make it easier for people to use reusable cups at work. Cercle provides office buildings and nearby cafes with a simple circular economy solution: Offering takeaway customers free reusable cups to enjoy their coffee in that can then be returned to Drop Pods in their workspace. This unique end-to-end service is available to building & workspace managers who are looking to reduce their single use waste. All workspace residents have to do is ask for a Cercle cup when they order their coffee.

Quinn Jones, a proud 2022 graduate of Hotel Etico, has achieved remarkable milestones since completing the program. During his time at Hotel Etico, Quinn obtained his learner’s permit and developed the confidence and skills to thrive in the workforce. He began his career in the kitchen at the prestigious Fairmont Resort and has since progressed to become an apprentice chef.

Quinn’s dedication, hard work, and commitment to personal growth have paved the way for his continued success. Recently, he achieved another significant milestone by earning his provisional driver’s license, further showcasing his determination and independence.

Sally McGeoch is a Senior Advisor at Westpac Foundation, a philanthropic organisation, independent from Westpac Group. Sally manages the design and delivery of grant and capacity building programs for community organisations and social enterprises that create jobs and employment opportunities for Australians facing complex barriers to work. Sally has worked at the intersection of philanthropy, business and social enterprise for close to 18 years and is a founding member of The Bread & Butter Project. She is also currently undertaking a practice-based PhD at the Centre for Social Impact Swinburne on the role of cross-sector collaboration in supporting Work Integration Social Enterprises (WISE) to scale.

Scott Bear is a dedicated and passionate hospitality professional with a desire to improve the lives of the people he comes into contact with everyday. Scott has had a rapid career rise from entering the industry in 2015 to taking on his first General Manager role at the age of 26. Scott has a passion for utilising his role to improve the community in which he operates and this is highlighted by his work with local charities, environmental initiatives and community partnerships. Outside of work, Scott co-leads the Young Hotel Leaders group and is an advocate employment and those in the disability space.

Shaheen is an inclusive learning strategist and founder of Ta’leem Consulting, a social enterprise dedicated to designing accessible, equitable, and impactful learning experiences. With over 13 years’ experience in learning and development across industry and higher education, she partners with organisations to create programs that elevate marginalised voices and drive systemic change. Trained in learning sciences, human-centred design, trauma-informed practice, and facilitation, Shaheen brings a unique blend of expertise to help teams embed sustainable, inclusive practice into their learning and facilitation.

Sophia Ballone is the Employment Manager at Hotel Etico. With a background in HR, she is passionate about creating meaningful job opportunities for people with disabilities. Sophia works closely with trainees, supporting their transition into open employment, and builds strong partnerships with industry leaders. Outside of her role, she is a proud mum to her 9-year-old son and expresses her vibrant personality through her love of colour.

Vanessa is the co-founder of Stepping Stone and has worked almost a decade in social enterprise. Vanessa and her partner, Hannah Costelllo, were awarded Australia's Local Hero for 2025 for their work at setting up and running Stepping Stone. 

Weh Yeoh, an Australian social impact leader with nearly two decades’ experience, founded OIC Cambodia to establish speech therapy in the country, handing leadership to locals in 2017. He holds a BA in Physiotherapy (University of Sydney) and an MA in Development Studies (UNSW). His international work includes volunteering in Vietnam, interning in India, studying Mandarin in Beijing, and even milking yaks in Mongolia. In 2018, he co-founded Umbo, a social enterprise improving rural Australians’ access to allied health services.
