Andrea Comastri

Andrea is Co-founder and CEO of Hotel Etico, the first multiple award winning not for profit social enterprise hotel in Australia, employing and training young people with disability, challenging the wider community to see both the human and economic value of an inclusive society.

A strong believer in the transformative power of social enterprises to create sustainable impact, Andrea is an expert changemaker with over 25 years’ experience in the not for profit sector.

He held executive, director and advisory roles in charities and philanthropy in areas including disability, youth unemployment, homelessness, domestic violence, addiction, aged care and education. 

Andrea is an Honorary Industry Fellow at the UTS Business School, 2022 AMP Tomorrow Maker and 2024 Westpac Scholar Social Change Fellow.

Nina Gbor

Nina Gbor is a circular economy and sustainability educator, international public speaker, researcher, clothes swap maven and eco stylist. Her interests and focal areas are sustainable fashion, degrowth, postgrowth, international development and the circular economy.  


Nina is the founder of Eco Styles, Swap in the City Australia and Clothes Swap & Style. Nina works with media, councils, organisations, schools, community groups and individuals to develop strategies for holistic systems change towards a more circular and sustainable future.

Cercle provides office buildings and nearby cafes with a simple circular economy solution: Offering takeaway customers free reusable cups to enjoy their coffee in that can then be returned to Drop Pods in their workspace. This unique end-to-end service is available to building & workspace managers who are looking to reduce their single use waste. All workspace residents have to do is ask for a Cercle cup when they order their coffee.

During his time at Hotel Etico, Quinn obtained his learner’s permit and developed the confidence and skills to thrive in the workforce. He began his career in the kitchen at the prestigious Fairmont Resort and has since progressed to become an apprentice chef.

Quinn’s dedication, hard work, and commitment to personal growth have paved the way for his continued success. Recently, he achieved another significant milestone by earning his provisional driver’s license, further showcasing his determination and independence.

Sally McGeoch

Sally McGeoch is a Senior Advisor at Westpac Foundation, a philanthropic organisation, independent from Westpac Group. Sally manages the design and delivery of grant and capacity building programs for community organisations and social enterprises that create jobs and employment opportunities for Australians facing complex barriers to work. Sally has worked at the intersection of philanthropy, business and social enterprise for close to 18 years and is a founding member of The Bread & Butter Project. She is also currently undertaking a practice-based PhD at the Centre for Social Impact Swinburne on the role of cross-sector collaboration in supporting Work Integration Social Enterprises (WISE) to scale.

Weh Yeoh

Weh Yeoh, an Australian social impact leader with nearly two decades’ experience, founded OIC Cambodia to establish speech therapy in the country, handing leadership to locals in 2017. He holds a BA in Physiotherapy (University of Sydney) and an MA in Development Studies (UNSW). His international work includes volunteering in Vietnam, interning in India, studying Mandarin in Beijing, and even milking yaks in Mongolia. In 2018, he co-founded Umbo, a social enterprise improving rural Australians’ access to allied health services.
